BFG Supply is a rapidly growing, private equity owned distribution company focused on the Green Industry that is achieving its growth goals through both organic growth and acquisitions. We are looking for committed Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our team. New Team members receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 10 weeks and a $17.00 - $19.00 hourly pay rate with an opportunity for advancement. The hourly pay rate will commensurate with experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately loading freight
• Safely and accurately unloading freight
• Staging and storing product in proper location
• Inspecting inbound shipments for accurate orders and damaged good; noting such on BOL
• Assist in managing space in warehouse
• Performing cycle counts if needed
• Assist in maintaining a clean warehouse as needed
• Pulling product and loading vehicles for customer pick ups
• Processing UPS/Fedex and common carrier shipments
• Following department policies and procedures to maintain standards

** Required Skills and Experience:**

• Proven warehouse experience
• Ability to operate a cherry picker and be comfortable up to 20 ft. in the air
• Forklift certification preferred
• Hazmat training provided
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work extended hours and some Saturdays during busy season (January through July)
