BFG Supply Company has been serving the needs of the U.S. greenhouse, nursery and lawn & garden industries since 1972. We are in need of additional seasonal warehouse associates for the next 4 to 6 months with the potential to convert to full-time.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate loading and unloading of shipments and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

Essential Job Functions: • Safely and accurately load outbound freight. • Safely and accurately unload inbound freight. • Stage and store product in proper location. • Inspect inbound shipments for damaged goods and accurate orders – indicate damaged goods on BOL. • Manage space in warehouse. • Perform cycle counts if needed • Assist in maintain a clean warehouse as needed • Pull product and load trucks for customers. • Process UPS/FEDEX and common carrier shipments. • Follow department policies and procedures to maintain department standards • Complete other assignments as assigned by the Manager.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities: • Forklift trained preferred • HAZMAT training provided • Attention to detail • Ability to lift 50 pounds on occasion • Strong customer service skills

Environmental Factors: • Work in warehouse • Flexible schedule to work extended hours or to flex to evening shift and Saturdays between January and July (busy season)
